Tug Of War

Originally created for a conference on bipolar disorder, the two glass neurons seem to play 'tug-of-war' with a brain (i.e., mind), suspending it precariously above an unsympathetic landscape of ice, rock, and water. To this end, one gets a sense of the tension that affected individuals might experience as they orbit between the behavioural extremes of mania and depression.
