Ties That Bind

Designed for a talk on workplace depression, this concept features two sad souls bound to competing aspects of their character. Here, the two 'halves' of each pair were posed in a manner resembling a karyotype (photo of replicated chromosomes) as an allusion to the heritability of depression while the desert theme creates a sense of helplessness and remoteness so common to the disease.
